Day 01 - Delhi

On arrival in Delhi, you will be met and transferred by VITS representative to your
hotel. Overnigh at Hotel

Day 02 - Delhi
|
|
Combined city tour of Old Delhi & New Delhi. Visit Qutab Minar,
Humayun's tomb, Lakshminarayan Temple, a modern Hindu
Temple, Parliament House, Government Secretarial Building and Connaught
place, the shopping centre of New Delhi. Visit Red Fort, built
in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan, Jama Masjid, one of the largest
Mosque of India, Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana, the
cremation sites of Mahatama Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Also drive past Chandni
Chowk, shopping centre of Old Delhi. Overnight: Hotel

Day 03 - Delhi - Jaipur
|
|
After breakfast drive to Jaipur and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure

Day 04 - Jaipur
|
|
City tour of JaipurThis morning you will experience the wonders of this magicial
pink city, as you proceed on a tour of Amber fort. Later visit
the Jagmandir or the Hall of victory glitterning with mirrors, Maharaja's City
Palace and the Observatory. Drive past Hawa Mahal
or the Palace of Winds and through the rose pink residential and business areas
of Jaipur. Overnight at Hotel

Day 05 - Jaipur-Fatehpur Sikri-Agra
|
|
Today you drive to the former capital city of Emperor Akbar Your exciting day begins
with a tour, starting with a visit to Fatehpur Sikri. Then continue onward to Agra
and check into your hotel. Overnight at Hotel

Day 06 - Agra
|
|
Full day city tour of Agra Visit Taj Mahal, Red fort
& Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula. Later you will visit a marble gallery
- the flagship store in Agra which offers an excellant range of white marble, fashionable
wear & exotic wooden articles, truly a one stop shop! Overnight: Hotel

Day 07 - Agra - Jhansi - Khajuraho
|
|
After breakfast transfer to Railway station 0800 hrs Leave for Jhansi by train 1048
hrs Arrive Jhansi and proceed to Orchha, 12 km away. Proceed for sightseeing of
ORCHA sites within the Fort Complex. Enjoy your lunch at Orchha.
Continue drive to Khajuraho. Overnight at Hotel

Day 08 - Khajuraho
|
|
Full day city tour of Khajuraho Visit the world famous Khajuraho temples were built
by the Chandela kings between 950 AD and 1050 AD. The most important are the
Chaunset Yogini Temple dedicated to Goddess Kali, The Mahadev Temple,
Chitragupta or Bharatji Temple with a lovely image of 11 headed Vishnu,
Vishvanath and Nandi Temples, Lakshmana Temple,
Visha Temple of Shiva, which is the largest & most typical of temples.
Visit the Eastern group of temples that consist of the Parasvanath Temple
- the only Jain Temple surviving at Khajuraho and has excellent sculptures on the
outer walls of the Sanctum, the Javeri Temple dedicated to Vishnu. The other temples
in this group are those dedicated to Brahma, Yamuna and Adinath. Overnight at Hotel

Day 09 - Khajuraho-Delhi
|
|
In time transfer to airport for flight to Delhi 1220 hrs-Leave for Delhi 1450 hrs
-Arrive Delhi transfer to International Airport to board the flight for your onward
journey.
