Day 01 - Delhi

On arrival in Delhi, you will be met and transferred by VITS representative to your
hotel.

Day 02 - Delhi
|
|
Half day City tour of New Delhi. Visit Qutab Minar, Humayun's
tomb, Lakshminarayan Temple, a modern Hindu Temple,
Parliament House, Government Secretarial Building and Connaught
place, the shopping centre of New Delhi.Half day City tour of Old Delhi.
Visit Red Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan,
Jama Masjid, one of the largest Mosque of India, Raj Ghat
and Shanti Vana, the cremation sites of Mahatama Gandhi and Jawaharlal
Nehru. Also drive past Chandni Chowk, shopping centre of Old Delhi.

Day 03 - Delhi-Jaipur
|
|
After breakfast drive to Jaipur and transfer to hotel.Rest of the day at leisure

Day 04 - Jaipur
|
|
City tour of Jaipur This afternoon you will experience the wonders of this magicial
pink city, as you proceed on a tour of Amber fort. Later visit
the Jagmandir or the Hall of victory glitterning with mirrors,
Maharaja's City Palace and the Observatory. Drive past Hawa
Mahal or the Palace of Winds and through the rose
pink residential and business areas of Jaipur.

Day 05 - Jaipur-Fatehpur Sikri-Agra
|
|
Today you drive to the former capital city of Emperor Akbar On to Agra. Your exciting
day begins with a tour, starting with a visit to Fatehpur Sikri.
Then continue onward to Agra and check into your hotel. After breakfast drive to
Agra and transfer to hotel.

Day 06 - Agra
|
|
City tour of Agra Visit Taj Mahal, Red fort & Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula.
Later you will visit a marble gallery - the flagship store in Agra which offers
an excellant range of white marble, fashionable wear & exotic wooden articles, truly
a one stop shop!

Day 07 - Agra- Jhansi-Khajuraho
|
|
This morning transfer to railway station to catch train for Jhansi 0800 hrs - Leave
for Jhansi by Shatabdi Express Arrive Jhansi and drive to Khajuraho. Enroute visit
Orcha. Overnight at : Hotel

Day 08 - Khajuraho-Varanasi
|
|
Visit Khajuraho Visit the world famous Khajuraho temples were built by the Chandela
kings between 950 AD and 1050 AD. The most important are the Chaunset Yogini
Temple dedicated to Goddess Kali, The Mahadev Temple,
Chitragupta or Bharatji Temple with a lovely image
of 11 headed Vishnu, Vishvanath and Nandi Temples, Lakshmana Temple, Visha Temple
of Shiva, which is the largest & most typical of temples. Visit the Eastern group
of temples that consist of the Parasvanath Temple - the only
Jain Temple surviving at Khajuraho and has excellent sculptures on
the outer walls of the Sanctum, the Javeri Temple dedicated to
Vishnu. The other temples in this group are those dedicated to Brahma, Yamuna and
Adinath. Later transfer to airport to catch flight for Varanasi. Arrive Varanasi
and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight: Hotel

Day 09 - Varanasi
|
|
Boat Cruise on River Ganges Early morning boat excursion on the holy river Ganges
to see the bathing ghats and cremation site. Watching people bathing and worshipping
at the ghats is one of the most extraordinary experiences of a visit to India. Half
day tour of Sarnath. Half-day tour of Sarnath, the buried Buddhist
city where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon, Sarnath was a renewed
school of learning from 6th Century B.C. to 12th Century A.D. Visit the ruins, the
stupa, the Buddhist Temple and the Museum. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 10 - Varanasi- Kathmandu by air
|
|
Morning at leisureLeave for Kathmandu by flight. Arrive Kathmandu and trasfer to
hotel. Overnight at Hotel

Day 11 - Kathmandu
|
|
City Tour Kathmandu Visit Pashupati Nath Temple, Boudhanath
and Swayambhunath. Sightseeing tour of Patan city
and Tibetan Retugee Camp. Overnight at Hotel

Day 12 - Kathmandu
|
|
Day free to explore at your own. Overnight at Hotel

Day 13 - Kathmandu - Delhi
|
|
In time transfer to airport for your flight to Delhi. Arrive Delhi for your onward
flight.
